1. Refunds for Program Cancellations:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the program start date are eligible for a full refund minus an administrative fee.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made on or after the program start date are non-refundable.
2. Special Considerations:
For visa-related programs, refunds are only provided if the visa application is denied, subject to documentation and a processing fee.
Changes to booking dates may be allowed based on availability and may incur an administrative fee.
